ORGANIC ANTIFREEZE OR INORGANIC ANTIFREEZE?

Inorganic antifreeze is cheaper than organic antifreeze, but it should be taken into account that inorganic antifreeze has lower heat resistance, causes oxidation and corrosion in a shorter time and these will damage the engine and shorten its life.

  • Features and Benefits of Organic Antifreeze:
It is longer lasting than conventional antifreeze.
  • Protects the engine against cold and heat with its high heat transfer feature.
  • Prevents the engine coolant from freezing in cold weather and boiling in hot weather.
  • Provides protection against corrosion in iron and aluminum alloy radiators and engines. It is compatible with sealing elements and prevents foam formation.

Hard water such as tap water should be avoided when preparing water and antifreeze mixture. Hard water reduces the effect of protective additives in antifreeze. Therefore, softened and distilled water should be used.
